I believe that “Service After the Sale” is an important part of any successful business. If any of my fixes or cures don’t fix or cure the problem, then I will be back at no additional charge to remedy the situation.

Step One: Book Online
First I want you to relax. I got you!! Using the easy online booking system, pick a day and time that works best for you, (appointments outside of normal hours can be arranged by calling or messaging me via the form below) pay the $25 booking fee and take a deep breathe, count to ten before you throw it out of a window.
First calls are 1 hour. 9/10 times this is enough time to fix most common issues.
Step Two: Expert Visit
Our professional technician arrives directly at your location to diagnose and repair your computer problems efficiently.
Go have a beer and/or watch your favorite show. I will make every effort possible to ensure your issue is resolved before the closing credits. (1 episode)
Step Three: Peace of Mind
